nabspak.com has the simplest shipping plan on the web. ALL nabspak.com orders over $25 ship for FREE. No hidden strings… just quality shopping that you deserve and expect from nabspak.com. Most orders are delivered the next business day. Delivery dates are based on in-stock availability of an item in a warehouse near your location. Out of stock items will ship from the next closest warehouse, which may affect delivery time. Cut off time on most next day delivery orders is 2:00 pm E.S.T. Freight Items and Furniture: Products weighing over 150 pounds, or over UPS's size limitations, will be shipped by a private freight carrier. Private freight carriers will generally deliver in 3-4 business days, barring any unforeseen delays. Private freight carriers will not guarantee time of delivery.

nabspak.com ships to any physical address in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Armed Forces(AE) APOs. nabspak.com cannot ship to domestic Post Office(P.O.) boxes.

We will work with you to accept any item that does not meet your satisfaction. In the event the product has been opened and was found to be defective, was received damaged or arrived in an otherwise unsatisfactory manner, you can return your item for a full refund. If you received an item and found that it was not what you wanted, be it color, size or otherwise, the item is returnable if the item is unopened, and in its original packaging. In this instance, we will accept the item, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns from Alaska, and Hawaii will be accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. No returns will be accepted from Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days. To initiate a return, please contact nabspak.com Customer Support at support@nabspak.com. A representative will assist you with obtaining a Return Authorization and guide you through the return process. Once a return label has been sent, it is only valid for thirty days, after which time the label becomes void. We do not accept returns on dated materials nor any perishable items, including water. All hand sanitizer, masks and wipes sales are final. At this time we cannot provide any refunds on hand sanitizer, masks and wipes purchases. **Please remember that all items must be returned in their original packaging

Due to the fast processing of orders, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed on nabspak.com. Canceled orders can be handled as a return. Please contact customer service for assistance in returning items.
