- Eligibility for Refunds
Returns: You can return most items within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Exceptions: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including: Customized or personalized items Perishable goods Digital downloads and software Items marked as non-returnable on the product page - Initiating a Return

Our customer service team will assist you in starting the return process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping label if applicable. Return Shipping: If the return is due to a NABSPAK error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Return Label: A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for eligible returns. If you choose to use your own shipping method, please ensure you get tracking information. - Refund Processing
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days after inspection. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. - Exchanges
Exchange Requests: If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges. - Damaged or Defective Items
