Refund Policy

At NABSPAK, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    Returns: You can return most items within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Exceptions: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
Customized or personalized items
Perishable goods
Digital downloads and software
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  2. Initiating a Return
    Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us directly. Our customer service team will assist you in starting the return process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping label if applicable.

  3. Shipping Costs
    Return Shipping: If the return is due to a NABSPAK error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Return Label: A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for eligible returns. If you choose to use your own shipping method, please ensure you get tracking information.
  4. Refund Processing
    Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days after inspection.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  5. Exchanges
    Exchange Requests: If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items
    Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs.
  7. Order Cancellations
    Before Shipping: You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been processed. To cancel, contact customer service as soon as possible.
After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item for a refund.
